I submitted a Consultation request but haven't heard back yet. What should I do?

Consultations with our lawyers receive an initial response within 24 hours (during normal business hours). If you submit a Consultation during the weekend, a lawyer will reach out to you the next business day

First, please make sure you completed the Consultation submission process within your chat.

If you confirmed that your Consultation request was submitted and it's been more than one business day, please contact us at support@inhouse.ai and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

To help us locate your request quickly, please include:

• The email address associated with your Inhouse membership
• The date you submitted the Consultation

We'll review the status of your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
