I submitted a Lawyer Task but haven't heard back yet. What should I do?

Most Lawyer Tasks receive an initial response within 2 business days. In some cases, our Inhouse Counsel may still be reviewing your request, documents, or legal matter before reaching out.

First, please make sure you completed the Lawyer Task submission process within your chat. You must submit the request through the Lawyer Task flow to be matched with an attorney.

If you confirmed that your Lawyer Task was submitted and it's been more than 2 business days, please contact us at support@inhouse.ai and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

To help us locate your request quickly, please include:

• The email address associated with your Inhouse membership
• The date you submitted the Lawyer Task

We'll review the status of your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
